A share of lamb is 25 to 30 pounds of meat which includes 2 racks, loin chops, 2 legs, 2 shoulders or stew meat, 4 shanks, and ground lamb or sausage. We can also process and cut it to your specifications. Our lamb runs about $10 per pound. Please preorder due to demand.
Our lamb is hormone free lamb with no additives, trimmed of excess fat and bone by hand, and is fresh from the butcher or vacuum-packed and flash frozen for freshness. Delivery or pick up from the butcher is also available. Prices are based on the market.

Lamb for Ethic Religious Holidays
If you need lamb for Easter, Christmas, Passover, Ramadan, or some other major holiday, please plan ahead. Our sheep are blessed each year and are raised in a manner that is consistent with most religions and beliefs. The sheep that we cull are in-tack ram lambs. Buyers may pick up lambs to have them slaughtered at a custom or USDA processing plant
We can not do slaughtering on our farm. Also, please note that the demand for lamb is high, and you need to plan a few weeks in advance. You can book up to a year in advance.
