We have planted our orchard with Pristine, Liberty, and Goldrush apples, Harrow Sweet and Noble Russet Bosc pears, and Shiro and Stanley plums. It take a few seasons before we have a yield. Fruit will be available from the farm or at the Cuyahoga Valley Countryside Conservancy Farmers Market in Peninsula.
Spicy Herb/Vegetable Garden
We are growing spices, herbs, and Asian vegetables.
Pumpkin Patch
Pick-your-own-pumpkins. Visit the farm this fall to pick-your-own pumpkin and take a hay wagon ride.
Wildflowers
We will also be growing wildflowers for bouquets, wreaths, and seed.

Directions We are off Boston Mills Road at the end of Akron-Peninsula Road. (You can not reach us from SR303; GPS and Internet mapping will send you the wrong way! From SR303 in Peninsula, take Riverview or Olde 8 around to Boston Mills to Akron Peninsula Road. Remember the road is closed between SR303 and the farm.) (map) (trail map & directions)
The Spicy Lamb is part of Urban Shepherds, a pioneer program in the USA with the purpose of promoting urban and suburban sheep grazing as a cost effective and environmental alternative to mowing, promoting urban farming and increasing sheep production; and educating youth and recruiting future shepherds.
