The Spicy Lamb Farm offers carcass centralized ultrasound processing scanning of small ruminants to assist with breeding decisions by finding the outlier animals and identifying the animals with superior carcass characteristics.
Contact our National Sheep Improvement Program (NSIP) Ultrasound Certified Technician Laura DeYoung Minnig. Our rates are $10 per head plus travel expenses. A minimum number of head and reasonable handling system and assistance are required. (Northcoast Lamb Co-Op members costs are $7 per head.)
