Join us for an Indian themed lamb dinner farm-to table dinner prepared by Chef Larkin Rogers on Sat, August 10, 2018, 6:30 PM, following a 5pm Youth Theatre Jungle Book performance just for our dinner guests.
Hors d’Oeuvres of Indian snacks: chicken skewers with yoghurt dip, potato and chickpea samosas with coriander chutney, paneer and eggplant dip with poppadum crisps
Buffet: Lamb with Roasted Coriander in Coconut Curry Sauce, with Traditional Accompaniments (mango chutney, toasted coconut, roasted peanuts, yoghurt, chopped cilantro, spring onions, and achar)
