All breeds and levels may sign up for a two clinic with Lyle Lad on May 5-6, 2018. Lyle Lad has been training dogs and trialing for over 30 years. She ranked 13th in a world championship. Entries are limited to 10 to 12 dogs depending on their level so reservations are needed to save your space. Entries and audits are not refundable. Continental breakfasts and lunches will be provided. We have limited on-site camping without electrical hookup. The cost is $360 per dog/hander for both days. And $50 per day to audit. Lunches are included. Pot luck dinner Saturday night following a canine behavioural lecture given by Ken McCort.
Lyle Lad who comes from Georgetown, Ohio. Lyle is a well-known handler who holds not only the distinction of having competed in world finals an numerous national finals but having won the Bluegrass Classic Sheep Dog Trails three times in a row. Lyle not only breeds and trains her own dogs; she trains students and puts on sheepdog clinics, including a clinic here at The Spicy Lamb Farm on the first weekend in May each year.
